Shipping Policy Orders will ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of order by the method you choose during checkout. Orders received on weekends or holidays, will ship respectively within 1-2 business days following the weekend or holiday. Once your order ships, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you which will provide tracking information and links to track your package.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

RETURN POLICY: We offer a 90-day money back guarantee on our self defense items*. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request to return an item(s) within 90 days of the date of your invoice for a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund, we will do so NO QUESTIONS ASKED, for the cost of the items (shipping is not refunded). If you would like an exchange, you will be charged for shipping the item(s) back to you, in addition to any difference in cost (if an even exchange, only shipping charges will apply). If we owe you for an exchange of lesser value, we will apply that as well.
